CL Brakes brake pads are sintered. This means that each pad contains at least ten components (bronze, ceramic, graphite, etc.). These components form friction compounds that are heated in a furnace at 900 °C. Unlike organic pads, where the individual particles are bonded with adhesive, sintered pads—fused at high temperatures—offer longer lifespan, higher performance, and lower tendency to fade.

The RX3 compound is specifically designed for rear brakes on virtually all types of motorcycles, including racing bikes. It features excellent feel and modulation, making braking precise and predictable.
